When requesting one of my services, you agree to the terms of service listed below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
PLACING YOUR ORDER:→ After that, send me a message in DM to place your order, and I will add you to my list.
→ If my commissions are closed, I will add you to my waiting list. In case of withdrawal from the waiting list, please send me a DM.→ Firstly, check the prices for each service to decide which one fits within your budget. Afterward, please carefully read my terms of service where I clarify deadlines, payments, and scheduling.→ Please send me a message on one of my contact channels on the homepage when you are ready to place your order.→ Keep in mind how you want your order; provide clear information such as: type of order, character expression, pose, physical characteristics, and color palette, if you have one in mind (if you prefer, you can also send reference images). I will follow your instructions to complete the work and will send you a form to fill out when you contact me on one of my contact channels.→ After this process is complete, wait for me to add you to the commission list. If the slots are already filled, I will place you on the waiting list. When it's your turn, I will send a message to confirm the service request. In case of withdrawal from the waiting list, send me a message confirming withdrawal so that I can open up the slot for someone else. If there's no response within 24 hours, the turn is automatically skipped. Keep track of the progress of the service through the schedule on my Trello linked to my Carrd.
PAYMENTS & DEADLINES:→ Payments are made exclusively through Pix or PayPal.→ Payments must be made 100% in advance or 50% before and 50% after the approved draft. I will not accept 50% and 50% after the completion of the artwork.→ Refunds will be 100% if I have not started yet, 50% in cases of refunds after approval and draft. There will be no refunds in cases of finished artwork.→ Additional fees may be applied in cases of: priority on the waiting list / commercial use / art secrecy exceeding 48h.→ Art delivery typically ranges from one week to one month. If I feel the need for a longer deadline due to the complexity of your order, I will notify you in advance during the specifications of your artwork. Depending on the type of service, this deadline may vary to up to 3 to 4 months, in the case of VTuber models or large projects.
COPYRIGHT:→ All personal type orders will be shared on my social media, unless you request a waiting period of up to 48 hours before posting; please notify me in advance. For postings exceeding 48 hours after completion, an additional 20% fee will be applied to the final artwork cost. For security and copyright purposes, all pieces are added to my portfolio reserved to ensure the authenticity of my work.→ It is strictly prohibited to trace or alter my artwork, and you may not use my artwork in AI tools or remove my signature from the works.→ You also cannot outsource my services without my knowledge, nor resell my works without my proper authorization, except for works that I have done in the ADOPT style, however, the creation credits remain mine.→ When posting the acquired art, please give proper credit to my profile.
REVISIONS:→ Each order receives 3 revisions/modifications of the sketch for approval. If further modifications are needed, a fee of R$5.00 will be charged per modification. In the case of revision/modification requests after the approval of the sketch, the fee will be R$10.00 per modification/revision.
ME AS AN ARTIST:→ As an artist, I reserve the right to cancel or refuse work in cases of disrespect, threat, harassment, or if I feel that I will not be able to fulfill your request, but in the latter case, I will notify you in advance.YOU AS A CLIENT:→ You can publish the artwork on your social media, use the artwork in any way for non-commercial purposes unless you have purchased commercial rights to the artwork.→ Print your artwork for personal use.→ Request a full refund if I have not yet started your work.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY:→ Personal data provided in payment transactions should not be disclosed by either party (artist or client) for security and privacy purposes, nor should they be discussed as a topic of conversation. Continued insistence may result in the cancellation of your purchase. I also commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any information acquired for the purpose of Pix or PayPal transactions.
