TERMS OF SERVICE

→ By requesting any of my services, you agree to the terms of service listed below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

PLACING YOUR ORDER:→ After that, send me a message via DM to place your order, and I will add you to my list.
→ If my commissions are not open, I will add you to my waiting list. If you wish to cancel your spot on the WAITING LIST, please send me a DM.→ First, check the prices of each service to decide which one fits your budget. Then, please read my terms of service carefully, where I explain deadlines, payments, and scheduling.→ Send me a message through one of my contact channels listed on the homepage when you're ready to place your order.→ Have a clear idea of how you want your request; provide detailed information such as the type of request, character expression, pose, physical traits, and color palette (if you have one in mind). You can also send reference images if you prefer. I will follow your instructions to complete the work and will send you a form to fill out once you contact me through one of my channels. My deadline will only begin after the initial payment AND the necessary references are provided for me to start my work.→ Once this process is complete, wait for me to add you to the order list. If all slots are full, I will place you on the waiting list. When it's your turn, I will send you a message to confirm the service request. If you decide to cancel your spot on the waiting list, please send me a message to confirm your cancellation so I can free up the slot for someone else. If I don't receive a response within 24 hours, your turn will automatically be skipped.→ Track the progress of your order through the schedule on my Trello board linked to my Carrd.

PAYMENTS & DEADLINES:→ Payments are exclusively made via Pix or PayPal.→ Payments must be made either 100% upfront, 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved, or 50% upfront and 50% after I finish the artwork (note that the final piece will only be delivered after the remaining payment is made). I will not accept 50% upfront and 50% after the final product has already been sent.→ Refunds will be 100% if I have not started the work yet, 50% in cases of cancellation after approval of the sketch, and no refunds will be given for completed artworks.→ Additional fees may apply for: priority in the waiting list, commercial use, or keeping the artwork private for more than 48 hours. Fees may be waived only if the artist agrees during the commission negotiation.→ Delivery time for an artwork is usually between one week and one month, depending on the order and the commission list. If I anticipate needing more time due to the complexity of your request, I will inform you in advance during the specifications phase. For larger projects, such as VTuber models, the timeline may extend to 3–4 months.→ Once payment has been made, please provide details about your request, preferably with visual references (images) to help me capture the essence of what you want. References should ideally be sent within 24 hours so I can begin your project. The timeline will only start after this step is completed. Please note that the timeline is based on BUSINESS DAYS only

COPYRIGHT:→ All personal orders will be shared on my social media unless you request a waiting period of up to 48 hours before publication OR we agree on confidentiality; please inform me in advance. For posts exceeding 48 hours after completion, an additional fee of 20% of the final artwork cost will be applied. For security and copyright reasons, all pieces will be added to my private portfolio to ensure the authenticity of my work.→ I reserve the right to use the artworks I create for self-promotion (e.g., adding the pieces to my Carrd as examples of my services or using them as portfolio content on social media to showcase my style). However, I assure you that I will not use the depicted character itself for promotion—only the artwork I created. Please rest assured.→ It is strictly prohibited to trace or alter my artwork. You are also not allowed to use my artwork in AI tools or remove my signature from the work.→ You may not outsource my services without my knowledge, nor resell my works without my explicit permission, except for pieces created in the ADOPT style. However, credit for the creation remains mine.→ When publishing the acquired artwork, please credit my profile appropriately.→ As an artist, I am responsible solely for the creation of the artwork. I have no association or responsibility for the actions or affiliations of my clients. This applies to VTuber models and PNGs as well. My responsibility is limited exclusively to my work.→ As an artist, I strongly condemn the use of my work for any project that promotes prejudice of any kind, bullying, or any criminal activity. I refuse to provide services for projects involving criminal or discriminatory behavior. My brand does not align with such values.

REVISIONS:→ Each commission includes 3 sketch revisions/modifications for approval. If additional revisions are needed, a fee of $10.00 USD per modification will be charged.→ For revision/modification requests after the sketch has been approved, the fee will be $18.00 USD per modification during the base painting phase and $25.00 USD if the artwork is already finalized.→ In the case of VTuber models, the revision fees will be higher and will be communicated in advance.

I, AS THE ARTIST:→ As an artist, I reserve the right to cancel or decline work in cases of disrespect, threats, harassment, or if I feel I am unable to fulfill your request. In the latter case, I will inform you in advance.→ I may post completed works on social media and will only begin your project after you (the client) provide the necessary references and make the first payment.→ Respond to messages in a professional manner, without engaging in personal involvement with my clients.→ Use my time outside of work hours as I see fit, including creating personal artwork for myself.→ Refuse to answer personal questions and adhere to my commission schedule, whether by order of request or service speed, in order to maintain my productivity and meet deadlines established with you, the client.YOU, AS THE CLIENT:→ May post the artwork on your social media or use it in any non-commercial way unless you have purchased commercial rights or agreed with the artist on commercial use.→ Print your artwork for personal use or commercial use if you have entered into an agreement or paid for commercial rights.→ In the case of purchasing for commercial use (which must be agreed upon in advance), you may reproduce the artwork on products for sale. However, the rights to having created the artwork remain with me as the original artist.→ Request a full refund if I have not yet started your project.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY:→ Personal data provided during payment transactions should not be disclosed by either party (neither by the artist nor by the client) for security and privacy reasons. This information should not be discussed as a topic of conversation, and continued insistence on this matter may result in the cancellation of your order. I also commit to keeping confidential any information acquired during Pix, PayPal, or any transaction involving sensitive or private data from you, my client.→ In the event of a breach of my own personal data, I reserve the right to seek legal action to protect my rights.
